The Profitable Baker: Book Programme — Terms & Conditions

      Updated June 2026

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing a place on The Profitable Baker: Book Programme. By making payment or confirming your place, you are agreeing to the terms set out below.

      1. The Programme

1.1 The Profitable Baker: Book Programme (“the Programme”) is offered by Annie Bennett, trading as The Profitable Baker Academy (“Annie”, “I”, “me”).

1.2 The Programme consists of six (6) x 1:1 online sessions delivered over a period of six (6) months, together with email support and draft feedback between sessions, as described on the sales page.

1.3 Sessions will be delivered via video call (platform to be confirmed upon booking). Each session is approximately 60–90 minutes in duration.

1.4 Session dates and times will be agreed mutually between Annie and the client at the start of the Programme and scheduled on a monthly basis.

1.5 The session outline provided on the sales page is a suggested guide only. The content and focus of individual sessions may vary depending on the individual client’s needs, progress, and book development.

      2. Booking & Payment

2.1 A place on the Programme is confirmed only upon receipt of payment in full, or the first instalment of a payment plan where applicable.

2.2 The beta price for the Programme is £1,200, payable either:

      • In full upfront; or
      • Via a six-month payment plan of £200 per month

2.3 Where a payment plan is selected, all six payments must be completed regardless of whether the client completes all six sessions. By selecting a payment plan, the client agrees to all six payments being made in full.

2.4 Annie reserves the right to suspend access to the Programme (including email support and session scheduling) if a payment plan instalment is missed, until payment is brought up to date.

2.5 Prices are stated in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.

      3. Cancellations & Refunds

3.1 Due to the personalised and time-intensive nature of this Programme, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a place has been confirmed and payment received.

3.2 If you have a change of circumstances and are unable to continue with the Programme, please contact Annie as soon as possible. While refunds cannot be offered, Annie will make reasonable efforts to pause or reschedule sessions where possible.

3.3 If you are on a payment plan and choose to discontinue the Programme, all remaining payments remain due and payable in full.

      4. Rescheduling & Cancellations by the Client

4.1 If you need to reschedule a session, please give a minimum of 48 hours’ notice wherever possible.

4.2 Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited at Annie’s discretion, depending on circumstances.

4.3 Annie will make every reasonable effort to offer alternative dates, but cannot guarantee that rescheduled sessions will fall within the original six-month programme window if notice is given at short notice.

      5. Cancellations & Changes by Annie

5.1 In the unlikely event that Annie needs to cancel or reschedule a session, she will give as much notice as possible and offer an alternative date at no additional cost.

5.2 Annie reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the Programme structure or delivery where necessary, provided the overall scope and value of the Programme is maintained.

5.3 In the event that Annie is unable to deliver the Programme due to circumstances beyond her reasonable control, she will offer either a pro-rata refund for sessions not yet delivered, or an alternative arrangement agreed with the client.
