Session 1 Business Mindset. Being a CEO of a baking business, rather than just a baker who sells what they bake.

Session 2 Ideal Client. An in depth look at ‘ideal clients’, with a chance to make notes and get feedback. This is a more in depth session than on the ‘start’ day, really enabling you to focus on who your ideal client is, and where to find them.

Session 3 Getting leads. A look at ‘Sales Funnels’ as a way to get leads, and how to set one up, including creating a lead magnet and setting up an email system to communicate with potential clients. Google Business Profile – setting one up and how to use it to get seen on Google Searches.

Session 4 Getting Bookings. Talking to potential customers, answering enquiries. Organising consultations, what to ask and what to do afterwards. Organising bookings and tracking payments.

Session 5 Pricing. An in depth session, giving you time to get a practical system set up for your business, using your own costs, figures and profit margins. Will include calculating overheads.

Session 6 Terms and Conditions. Looking at what you should include on T&Cs, using a template that can be adapted for your own business.

Session 7 Quotes/invoices/payments. Setting up a quote/invoice/receipt template for your business. Payments terms and timescales.

Session 8 Finances. An overview of how the tax system work for small businesses. Setting up a system for an efficient tax self assessment.

Session 9 Business Planning and Goal Setting. You will leave the day with actionable goals based on the sessions covered during the day.
