Have you registered with your local council?
Been told you have an EHO inspection coming up?
No idea what to expect?
With Annie Bennett’s Kitchen Inspections Course,
you’ll have all the information you need to have a successful inspection.
What will I learn on the Course?

A description of what typically happens on the day of an EHO kitchen Inspection.
-
Which paperwork and documents you need to have in place.
-
What an HACCP system is… you’ll be walked through how to set one up.
-
What the ‘Safer Food Better Business’ Pack is, and how to use it for your inspection.
-
What the EHO inspector is looking for, and how your own kitchen needs to be set up.
So, you have registered?
No idea what to do next?
Join the course, and let me talk you through the whole process.
By the end of the course, you’ll have a good idea of what to expect on the day.
Each inspection is different, but I’ll describe some typical ones.
I’ll explain the Safer Food Better Business pack, which you’ll have to download with the other resources, which include an example cleaning schedule, a food allergen risk assessment and a sample invoice.
You’ll have the chance to ask questions.. so if you’re not sure about your kitchen set up, I can talk you through your options.
