We’re starting with this challenge…and it’s open to all.

How it works….

Every morning from Monday 1st June to Friday 5th June, you’ll get an email.

Each one contains a short video — two to three minutes, and one simple task. Nothing overwhelming. Nothing that requires a big block of time or a complete overhaul of how you work.

Just one small, practical, confidence-building thing.

By Friday 5th June you’ll have completed 5 small, but mighty tasks.

Five things. Five days. All of them free.

There’s no Facebook group to join. No group chat. No app to download.

Each day’s email contains your task and a link to that day’s Padlet — a simple shared noticeboard where everyone doing the challenge can post their response and see what others have written. You don’t need to create an account. You just click, type, and you’re there.

I’m Annie Bennett, and I run the Home Baking Business Academy, an online membership community for home bakers building small businesses in the UK.

I’ve worked with home bakers at every stage, from brand new sole traders baking out of a home kitchen for the first time, to established businesses turning over tens of thousands of pounds a year. And the thing that comes up again and again, regardless of how long someone has been baking or how good their cakes are, is this:
